The conference will take place on Monday, March 2, at 19:00, at the student residence of Madrid (see attached document for details).
Along with the precious contribution of crystallography to the advancement of science and technology, the idea of crystal itself has transcended the scientific thought to inspiring the art world, from literature to paintings, from archaeology to dance, from music to cinema. This conference is a breakthrough in the history of this influence and of the controversial aesthetics that has provoked, with particular reference to Federico Garcia Lorca and Salvador Dali.
